Australia 1899M Half Sovereign PCGS XF40
Renniks reports unknown mint production numbers for this year. Spotty production in both mints follow on from the Great Depression (renamed Long Depression after the 1930’s) that pained the global economy in the closing quarter of the 19th Century.
PCGS holds only 7 examples finer than this one in its population report. A rare date.
