Australia 1941M Florin PCGS MS63

Melbourne Mint experimented with chromium plating on their dies to increase strength and lifespan. Creates the mirror like surface we expect in the proof and specimen strikes. The PCGS image is underexposed, otherwise the details would be lost in the bling. Unlike proof coins in immaculate condition, this one has got some wear visible on the obverse high points and is subsequently graded MS63. However a proof coin will set collectors back thousands of dollars, so a bargain by comparison.
The dies were likely from the specimen strikes graded by PCGS and visible here: https://www.pcgs.com/cert/82959746
